Aromatase Inhibitors
Rolin is indicated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in post-menopausal women.
Rolin, PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE. The active ingredient in each Rolin tablet contains 1 mg Anastrozole. Rolin 1 mg is provided in packs of 30 tablets.
Rolin tablets are indicated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in post-menopausal women.
Rolin tablets have risks and benefits. Do not use Rolin tablets if you are allergic to anastrozole or any of the other ingredients of Rolin tablets. Discuss with your doctor if you are allergic to any dyes, preservatives, other medication or foods. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including any medicines obtained without a prescription from your pharmacy, health store or supermarket.
Anastrozole is not recommended for use in children or in pre-menopausal women as safety and efficacy have not been established in these groups of patients. Anastrozole has not been investigated in patients with severe hepatic or severe renal impairment. The potential risk/benefit to such patients should be carefully considered before administration of anastrozole.
Your doctor will inform you of the Rolin tablet dosage you will be required to take each day. Abide by all instructions given by your doctor carefully. Do not change the dosage or stop taking Rolin tablets under any circumstances unless you have approval from your doctor. If you experience any side effects, talk to your doctor or healthcare professional. Discuss with your doctor if you have any concerns.
